Whats the rarest configuration of the 2nd Gen Frontier

I wanted a CC, long bed, and MT. I had to order mine to get it that way.
The only thing I couldn't get that I wanted was the Blue. I settled for red instead.

Speaking of the '05-only colors, there's a Canteen Green CC SE 4x4 MT on eBay right now; that's gotta be pretty rare...

Actually, thinking about it, I would imagine these are more rare, at least when it comes to buying one:

If you're in SoCal, they're on the beaches a fair bit, but I've only ever seen two for sale.
