What is new for the '09 models?

What changes can be expected for the 2009 Frontiers? Exterior color? Body style changes? Options? Any help would be appreciated. Can't find the '08 I want with the options I want and it's getting too late to order one. Looks like my option is to order an '09 later in the summer. What are the chances, with truck sales as they are, that there will be incentives offered on the '09's by fall? Thank you.

I doubt any changes, '09 Seems like it would be time for a face lift or something.... but this late in the season we would have heard or known by now. Hopefully someone that works for Nissan will chime in or could try to order or spec an '09 model and see if it lets them.

Remember if you hold out for the 2009 Frontier then you might as well wait until the production version of the 2009 Suzuki Equator hits the market, then you will have a few more choices.

There should be changes inside & out since the 08 was just paint & radio change.

There aren't any real changes due out until 2012 which will be a re-model. Possibly a face lift (new front fascia). Until 2012 I wouldn't look for anything major...maybe new wheels or paint. 2008 models got a different radio from the 2007 and previous. Probably just subtle changes and maybe changes in the packages. I think the most major change has been that you can get the SE package on 4-cylinder King Cab now.

I don't think so.I think they are going to do like the Armada and change it from looking like the Titan. The Xterra got a face lift for 09 so the Frontier should follow.

I'm pretty sure the only reason the P-Finder got the larger grille for '08 was in part to the addition of the V8 and needing a little more air for cooling. I think it would look good though if the Frontier got that front end treatment. Something tells me though Nissan really wants the P-Finder to look different than the Frontier. Just like how in the late 90's Toyota slowly started styling the 4Runner away from the Tacoma as people perceive SUV's as higher class than pickups in general.
