Update.... It's now 2PM. My case with nissan corporate was filed yesterday around 9AM. As of now, I haven't heard from any nissan corporate representatives yet.
this isn't the dealership that sold me the truck. It's the closest one, and it's the one that messed up my paint so I don't think i'd get much help dealing with anyone else since the damage occurred at this particular dealership
I would definately confront them abou the use of the pressure washer. When I worked for Ford...there was a strict no pressure washer rule for the dealership. They purchased basically a machine that you sent the truck through and it was washed with monitored pressure nozzels and the drum style rotation washers. This sucks...I hope I don't have any issues.
By the way, customer issues are typically handled throught a call center in India and then routed through the US. That is how mine was handled and it took them three days to get back to me.

Only regret is that it is not a diesel...Damn US limited engine choices.

Call your insurance company and see if they will deal with it. One of my friends cars got messed up at the dealership, they got ATF on he paint and refused to do anything about it. Turns out the insurance company paid for a full repaint and sent the bill to the dealership.
Well, nissan corporate called me today and asked me a bunch of questions.
In the end, they are unable to help me. There is a TSB regarding paint, but it's only concerning the white plastic film put on vehicles during transport. There is no "documented" failure in materials or workmanship, and even if there was, my basic warranty has expired.
Rep. said it's a case of my word vs. dealership's word; they say the damage was there and I say it wasn't. Representative said he would be very upset as I am, but there isn't anything that nissan corporate can do as the dealerships are independent entities.
However - my comments regarding the disrespectful treatment i received and my statement that I will never return to that dealership have been logged and entered into a dealership case file that will be presented to the regional manager and other dealerships in the region. Probably won't do any good, but that's that.
If anyone has any further ideas on how to get this covered by nissan (obviously there are serious issues with the blue frontiers) I would be more than happy to listen.
that really sucks.....................but what you need to do is tell the dealer you want to speak to the dealer manager/operations manager. and dont be nice about it but dont swear................be assertive and let the manager know how you feel and that you are positive it wasnt there when you left, if that gets you no where then, let him/her know that you will never deal with them again nor will you recommend them to anyone, then kick someone's arse and leave to the dealer you bought the truck from
