Quick question. did they use a pressure washer to clean your frontier?

That's what did it they used too much pressure or got too close. So they are at fault just trying to cover their arse. I would confront them with that.

I'm dealing with Nissan of Omaha -- 114th & dodge.

Hell will freeze over before i ever buy a vehicle from them. I wouldn't -PISS- on the manager if he was on fire.

who did you work with in service? chris took care of me twice between my cam bolts and some noise. sorry to hear you are having issues.

I worked with chris, he's the "service manager" i've been referring to. He hasn't been bad or mean at all, he's just not doing anything to really help me. Emphasis does NOT seem to be customer satisfaction. I've had to do all my own footwork.

Get an into a law suit with them , thats what im haveing to do .Dealers seem to be all the same

i hear you. with him, if you get to talking to him he will do anything as long as your nice. he must be lonely or something because everytime i am in there he talks my ear off. good luck with them.
