Talking VK56DE Swap

Ok since my 08 pathy thread didnt turn out like i wanted im going to post up what i have in CT over here. Yall dont be scared to voice! I wanna hear it all. But more or less i want proof, P#'s, prices.. the works. Help me guys!

Into a 2006 Nissan frontier. Its asking a lot. But im calling all of you titan gurus to help me out on my quest for more power from my midsize. S/C or T/C is not an option. Im going v8 here.

First off, the VK can be had from ebay (lol i know) for around $2500 (+ shipping). Not a bad price once you consider what stillen is asking for a S/C.
Second off is proof, since we need to know if its possible.
A wrecked titan+xterra heres a little to get the ball rolling. If its as plug and play as this makes it seem (aside from the normal things exh, comp ect!) thats cake.
And
http://thenewx.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=4451

Third, practicallity.... WHO CARES!! bahah. I have a thread going in CF about an 08 pathfinder and how i want one... well weighing the options the swap is a better route IMO now that i think about it. Really, what would you think if you came up to a VK powered frontier? Needless to say if i do the swap im going to follow in Toomnymods foot steps as per modding the motor.
Now for the frontier tranny. We all know it has different internals, like gear ratio and ect. But if that xterra can do it, How is it any different for my truck? So i will need help on that, like will the titan flywheel bolt up to the frontier TQ conv. Computer stuff i will buy outright before i even turn a wrench on the truck. I would expect this to take at least a month. As for budget... Im willing to spend as much as a Stillen S/C would cost me after install.

So titan guys, please help me keep this going. As i am SERIOUS about doing this swap. Im almost positive im going to buy the motor giving that my dirtbike sells for a decent price and will work for the rest of the money to buy the motor. If it doesnt I'm going to save till i can!
I want to start making plans for this now, and see a show of hands of all my Tx buddies who would be willing to help me tackle this. My frontier IS my D.D. but i have a ton of vehicles i can scoot around in during the mean time. Oh BTW.. if i have too.. I'll buy a keg

Here it is

You need the engine and trany from the Titan and also be automatic for it all to work. Doing this swap is all plug and play from what I was told by a Nissan engineer for the wiring. My best advice to you is to go look at the 08 pathy and start there.

I have no intense of swapping my motor, but I'm interested if this all works out for you.
I'm from Texas as well, but I'm not a mechanical guru.
I would help you out, but since my mechanical skill is lacking and I'll burn more smoke than helping.

What about engine/fuel management? I can't believe that the ECU would be able to handle it without going nuts.

are you sure you need a tranny from a titan? isnt the auto in the frontier the same thing?

I'd be very concerned about all of the front end running gear...they break running the 4.0 I imagine it would just happen that much faster with the 5.6.

The bell housing of the Frontier tranny won't fit the Titan engine.

This is why I will need the titan trans as well. And the Ecu for the titan engine and transmission. Im only hoping i do not have to do the shimmy on the trans location or the transfercase location. If i do have to then YES i will need to change my drive shaft lengths.

If any of yall know some Nissan Techs i want to start comparing P#'s to start working on a list of parts i need
