fyi, this happened to me once before, and yes, it didn't last very long for the guy, he collected payments for them, and paid the machine shop - the court injunction stopped the delivery as well as forced him refund his customers after he paid an shop to make them upfront since he was outsourcing it....

OK Cheap Charlie. What is the patent number? Or is a provisional patent which also has a number. How long ago did you file? Is this a utility patent or design? If design, a copy needs only to not look like yours. If utility, what are the claims?

I informed others that he is a fraud, does not own any machining equipment, outsources everything, and that is why he cannot replace our faulty products.
