Just go back OEM for now and use the OEM hardware.

Sorry if it looks like I'm throwing salt in an open wound I just got to know.
You are wrong! It adds 23 rwhp! The extra space works with the time element in conjuction with rpms. Intake air flow is very sensitive to path length. So by adding more space, air flow is no longer passively coupled to the pressure eigenvector. This allows the engine to breath better. Better breathing means more horses. Simple!

Nissan engineering does not hold a candle to WRP's skilled resources. Good ole American engineering can outdo the Japanese any day.

too funny. umm but who is the #1 automaker now? Toyota takes 1Q world sales lead from General Motors - Yahoo! News

Anyway, sucks balls to see another one. If the gaskets are the problem then did some confirm the right gaskets were used or was it just a bad batch.

Couldnt Will send all the failed gaskets back to nissan to get them replaced since it seems to be a gasket failure??? If not, Im sure he gets them for a cheap price since he buys bulk...He needs to do something.

As Will has stated many times, all the gasket failures are due to over-torquing. It is beneath his dignity to commit his massive technical resources to solve a problem when the obvious facts point to user ineptness. The concept that the gaskets are from a bad batch is not supported from the obvious evidence of over torquing. Will believes that if you can't see this, then you are too stupid for words. Just be happy that a quality company like WRP continues to provide performance parts to Frontier owners...even is some are idiots.
