My seat was stiff to.. But I called my bradda Joe who weighed around 350-450. If we can trade truck for two weeks. So I can try his 07 TRD Yota. Anyways, my seat is less stiff now and feels alot better.

I thought mine were very firm about the first week I had the truck. Either they broke in a little or I became accustomed to them? Either way I think they are pretty darn comfortable with the exception of really no side bolstering.

They are going to seem firm because you are trading a 14 yr old truck for a brand new one. They just have to wear in a little bit. I've never noticed anything really uncomfortable in my SE except the fact that I don't have a lumbar adjustment, thats it.
