ARE CX series for a few months now. Only leaks are from previously mentioned spots in the front corners and the the seams by the taillights, not any from the shell itself, and after 3" of rain it was only a few drops. As others said mine is not a perfect color match either, pretty freaking close though. Nobody has noticed it but me. I would recommend it.
And that's funny you mentioned your dogs cuz that was a big reason I got mine lol.

I'm glad I didn't go with ARE after all of the leaks posted.... My Century is literally bone dry everywhere, with a slight exception around my boot, I get a slight water trail on my back window when it rains. No where near the amount of water shone in the pics of the ARE's though.
To SDMF Reaps and others interested in an ARE cap: I finally got the bulkhead extender installed on my MX ARE cap. It took a little longer to get an appt. to get it installed due to a snow storm. So far I have no problems, but I haven't had a rain storm (or snow storm) move through since the install to prove it doesn't leak. Because of the late install, I had to delay my vacation by a week, but I'll be leaving tomorrow. I'm sure I'll drive through some rain and I'll be able to post an update when I get back. Here's a pic as requested, although it is shown upside down from how it was installed. BTW, it is permanently installed on the cap with rivets (sealed with silicone) before placing the cap on the bed of the truck.

I have a Jason Cap. No leaks. Might see if I can replace the sliding windows with ones that fold up. I hate crawling into the bed!!!
If I ever build a barn, this cap will be stored in the barn. No room for it my garage and I don't want to leave a $1300 cap on the lawn like everyone else does out here in the sticks.
I'm tempted to list it on Clist and replace it with a Back Rack and tool box.
The cap was good for our move from IL to MO but otherwise sucks all utility out of the truck.
