It is running me about $240 to have the rims powder coated.

The $240 is to Powder coat my stock Nismo rims.

That sounds like a pretty good deal. I was quoted $280, not counting paying someone to pull the tires off and then remount them - another $50 or so.

how's the backspacing and offset on those (yes, I looked but I dont know what the stock numbers are so those dont mean much to me)

I'm not sure they are stripping the rims. The guy at the tire shop is sending them off for me. He said they chemical dip the rims and then powder coat them.
