My phone sucks at showing depth, but this is actually at the top of a pretty tall cliff I love to climb.

couple from last weekend up at Santiam Pass about 70miles east of Eugene Oregon. had to take the sleds out for their break in and tune up session. perfect conditions: 12" of base with about 20-30" of fresh!

Nice! I was driving over 20 on the way back from Sisters/Bachelor. That would be a great area to ride sleds!

yeah, the snow was amazing! tons of trails back there. from steep and deep to just cruising forest roads. we were not expecting the conditions to be that good. girlfriend and I were mostly looking for a low key afternoon with lunch up on the mountains. the wind was ripping and there were some huge drifts back in the hills. we only ended up out for about 2 hours before we decided that was a good enough "first time out for the season" ride!

I am heading out to MN this week. Going to be a fun trip, not taking the frontier. Taking a rental since the g/f wrecked my 200 last week.
