Forestry roads in south-central Missouri, crappy cell phone. I forgot the camera and remembered when I was well into the woods.

Looks almost like the Glade Top Trail that goes through the Mark Twain National Forest.
Mark Twain National Forest - Glade Top National Forest Scenic Byway

Picture from the web:

I call that the scenic road to Ava (Walmart).

Down in the Ft. Leonard Wood area, and yes in the Twain Forest. I'm not sure what the trail name is. I went in at Devil's Elbow, by the Big Piney, and drove all kinds of USFS roads for about 3 hours. Family's from around here and I've spent lots of time in the woods here. Most of the trails I was on looked exactly like the pic you posted, minus the leaves. I'll probably head into the woods again if we get the snow they are talking about.

You can find a map of the trails online, though I just rode out based on my knowledge of the area. There are some hairy trails out there, but I left them alone because I did not have a buddy and/or recovery gear.
