pathfinder window switch

I just got an '08 black CC SE 4x4 frontier and I see that a lot of people have the pathfinder window switch covers for their trucks. I was curious to find out where they got them, how much were they and how difficult are they to install. I've tried ebay already with no luck....

Super easy to install and can be purchased from any dealership. Occasionally, yet rare, you might find them used..

For what the record, its a brushed metal look on a plastic piece. Just like the steering wheel and door pull accents. It really does help our interior though...

When looking for the parts on Nissan Auto Parts, Car Accessories, Genuine Nissan Parts, Online Shopping, My Nissan Parts what part is the bushed metal cover?

So far, I've navigated to 2007 Pathfinder, Front Door, Interior Trim, Switch Bezel, but then there's 4 different options. I'm assuming they come in other colors. And obviously, it would be the same to find the covers for the back, just change Front Door to Rear Door.
