Which OBDII scanner to buy???

which OBDII scanner do you guys recommend, I was looking at the Actron models and Equus. Have about decided my budget is for the Actron CP9180 --- Anyone have this model or an Actron and can give me a review.

you could go the route of the permaOBD2 solution... Get a scanguage and hook it up to the OBD2 port and mount it somewhere like under the center console or on your steering wheel column. The Scanguage gives you a ton more info than the regular OBD2's, too.

If you want something with a little more diagnostic ability check our autoxray's website their stuff is pretty good.

I have heard of the ScanGuageII but thought it was more of a real-time data viewer. Looking for a diagnostic tool. Read one review that said Actron read only Drivetrain codes and not Body Control Module codes. Not really sure what this means but will try to read up more on it. Saw a picture view of one that the code pointed to Bank 1, I know it probably can't pin point failure but was hoping for more.
