Cant wait to see what they uncover at the auto show. I have always thought that this would be an excellent move for Nissan. Put the F-series and HD's in their place. Plus, that would be one more thing that Toyota would have to play catch-up on, since they originally fell flat with a half ton truck.

they really should. nissan doesn't really have much of a comparison to the CRV and the RAV4 do they? or against the equinox, if thats even a real comparison. I wouldn't know, i don't look into this segment or really give a damn about these compact cars with SUV bodies.

The thing is that from what I have read, they will be geared towards commercial use, and most will come with chassis cabs (ie no bed). That won't do much good for guys like us, but it does give us hope!

^^^^A flat-deck would be awesome. Once you use a flat-deck, you realize how useless an ordinary truck box really is.

They had the X-Trail that they just changed out for the Rogue in North America. They still sell the X-Trail in the rest of the world. All these 'Cute Utes' are based on car platforms though, they aren't trucks.
