Like I said earlier, its funny how when it has to deal with me and my money, they stick to their guns, but when they screw up Nissan pays for them.

This was last week. Said they ordered parts. Usually takes a day or two anywhere else in the U.S. Said they would call me as well. Not once did they ever do that, so i guess I have to hunt them down to get my truck fixed AGAIN!

As far as sleeping at night, you buy a brand new truck and within a year its costing you mucho $$$, plus all the other problems I had with the truck, now I think my rotors are warped also. (I will just replace those my self), before I end up with another $1000 bill from Nissan.
I wanted to use this money to buy some toys for the truck, now I can barely afford keeping it. Nissan should change their warranty to out the door out of warranty.

Nissan corporate could never do a single thing for me. They told me that the manager there is a respectable man, and that he would not do the wrong thing. He repeatedly did the wrong thing, and Nissan's final words were that I should take legal action against the dealership because they cant force the dealership to do anything. This is not over yet though, as this issue with the damaged manifolds is not resolved.

Thanks for listening, I just want to make sure nobody ever goes to this dealership and gets raped like me. AND IF YOU HAVE A CLUTCH PROBLEM, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY UNDER 1 YEAR AND 12,000 MILES. IF NOT, TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF FOR $200-$300 BUCKS!
HERES THE DEAL WITH THIS WHOLE ISSUE AND WHILE IAM NOT AN ATTORNEY, I DO WORK AT A DEALER AND HAVE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, NO nISSAN IS NOT KNOWINGLY PAYING FOR THEIR SCREWUP. NOW IF THEYRE SCREWING NISSAN, (THEY ARE) THEN THEYRE SCREWING YOU TOO. ANY ATTORNEY AND JUDGE WOULD LOOK AT LIKE THIS, IF YOUR DISHONEST WITH 1 PARTY YOURE NOT TRUST WORTHY WITH ANOTHER. AND SINCE YOU DONT HAVE WANT I AS A MASTER MECHANIC THINK IS A WORNOUT PART OR DAMAGED PART THEN MAYBE ITS A MISDIAGNOSIS. SINCE THEYRE SCREWING NISSAN FOR MONEY THEY DID THE SAME TOO YOU IN A JUDGES EYES. AGAIN TAKE PICS, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING LET THEM FIX IT FOR WARRANTY AND THEN WHEN THEY HAVE JUST HUNG THEMSELVES DOING THAT, TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS. DOCUMENT YOUR TIME AND EXPENSES AND SUE FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. IAM NOT ONE TO TAKE IT TO THIS USUALLY, BUT THIS TIME I FEEL THIS IS WARRANTED, BECAUSE I KNOW THEY HAVE THE LATITUDE TO HAVE WORKED WITH YOU THE FIRST TIME, THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN NISSAN TO COVER PART COST AND YOU LABOR OR WHATEVER.... WE JUST GOT A $2800 ECU GOODWILLED THROUGH JAGUAR ON A 118K MILE JAGUAR, SEE WHAT I MEEN....

They fixed the manifolds shields, then they told me they needed to replace the manifold. I just got the truck back on Saturday, and they were giving me a hard time with a receipt.
Go back on monday, (yesterday) and they reluctantly give me a receipt for all the work done, bolts, manifold shields, manifold etc... all warranty.

Anybody think Nissan would persue this after they already told me to take my own legal actions?

Either way, its in writing now, and the dealer just shot themselves in the foot.

Anybody want to buy a Frontier?

Call Nissan and let them know the dealer committed fraud. They damaged the parts and WILLINGLY and INTENTIONALLY had Nissan cover it as a warranty repair. I say it's GAME ON! Time for a lawyer. Good luck.
The dealer should have ordered and replaced the parts on THEIR dime.
