EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING BRUTAL!! Haha, i was waiting for somebody to mention this part.

I also like the lawyer/attorney idea.

No, none of the above. I brought it in for the noise at 3000 rpm. other than that, the clutch worked just fine. In fact, they test drove the car 2 or 3 times and couldnt find anything wrong.
Sorry about the blurrrr.

So I Assume The Noise Is Gone Now? And A Wornout Clutch Is One Thing, But A Rattle From A Cracked Spring, Loose Rivit Or Whatever Is Not Exactly Wear, More Like Defect, But Then We Drive Nissans Not Jaguars Where Customer Service And Warranty Repairs Are Tried To Handle At Least Alittle Better Than My/others Nissan Experiences

There was something definately wrong with the origional clutch. Everybody and their mother heard the noise. Now the noise is gone. They could never find anything wrong with the assembly, but go figure, all they do is replace a throw out bearing and a disc and the noise is gone? They absolutely did something else, but are denying it. Advantage Nissan is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with, and it is a shame, because ultimately Nissan will loose out.
There is no way I can keep this truck and sleep at night. If they put the rest of my truck back together the way they did the exhaust manifold shields, who knows what to expect. They should be all fired and castrated so as not to contaminate the rest of the world with thieving morons.

man don't let it keep you up at night. You got the shaft, no doubt, but worse things will happen in life. You are just unlucky to have a terrible dealership to have to deal with. I can't complain with mine. they have never given me any trouble, and i have had some petty things looked at and replaced.

I wouldn't give up on this though. I don't know if your clutch is worn or not, but i would take it to a mechanic and ask him if the clutch is decent shape. Don't tell him your story, just ask him if the clutch is usable. If he says yeah, it's on because it wasn't a wear issue afterall, and it should be fully covered under the warranty.

I would quit talking with the stealership and deal with corporate only. I would call them everyday if i had to, make a hobby out of it. If that clutch is okay, you have a great argument.

Thanks for the support. Well that was exactly what was so funny when I went back to the dealer the following day showing them the damage.
They looked at it and wrote it up as if I was hearing a noise coming from the manifold shields so they can make money on a warranty repair on that as well.
Like I said earlier, its funny how when it has to deal with me and my money, they stick to their guns, but when they screw up Nissan pays for them.

This was last week. Said they ordered parts. Usually takes a day or two anywhere else in the U.S. Said they would call me as well. Not once did they ever do that, so i guess I have to hunt them down to get my truck fixed AGAIN!

As far as sleeping at night, you buy a brand new truck and within a year its costing you mucho $$$, plus all the other problems I had with the truck, now I think my rotors are warped also. (I will just replace those my self), before I end up with another $1000 bill from Nissan.
I wanted to use this money to buy some toys for the truck, now I can barely afford keeping it. Nissan should change their warranty to out the door out of warranty.

Nissan corporate could never do a single thing for me. They told me that the manager there is a respectable man, and that he would not do the wrong thing. He repeatedly did the wrong thing, and Nissan's final words were that I should take legal action against the dealership because they cant force the dealership to do anything. This is not over yet though, as this issue with the damaged manifolds is not resolved.

Thanks for listening, I just want to make sure nobody ever goes to this dealership and gets raped like me. AND IF YOU HAVE A CLUTCH PROBLEM, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY UNDER 1 YEAR AND 12,000 MILES. IF NOT, TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF FOR $200-$300 BUCKS!
