My New 12 Frontier :-)

So i just upgraded from my 02 Frontier extended cab 4 cyl to a new 12 Frontier Crew Cab with the RARE Long Bed

I LITERALLY searched over 30 nissan dealers for the RARE long bed crew cab… and found 1 in my state and luckily it was only ~45 miles away from the house and got a GREAT deal on it since it was a left over 2012 model…
Could not find ANY used ones at all… Even the salesman that has been working at Nissan for 15 yrs even said that the crew cab long beds are like 1 out of 20k made and this was the 2nd one he has seen since the 2nd gen's came out..

I have seen the short bed ones and i think they are ugly as heck and look unbalanced…!! I have seen people try to put 4 wheelers or motorcycles in there with the tailgate down and the back tires hanging OFF the tailgate… Sorry that is just HIDEOUS… and I'm a cosmetic type person when it comes to some things and this is one of them lol

Let me tell you this truck is a NIGHT & DAY difference from the other frontier… Now we can take my truck instead of her SUV and let it take a rest..

Yea I've been searching for almost a month with no luck and finally new yrs day… once popped up

And i told myself.. i am NOT gonna settle for a short bed cause i have to look at it every day and i will be disgusted.. And not to mention when the day comes that i need to put something in there and it won't fit cause the bed is too small… Oh ill be PIST..

I'm sure everyone has different taste's in trucks and some people don't care about short beds… but not THIS guy… LOL

Powers Nissan South Bay in Hawthorne, CA (outside of LAX) has 16 crew cabs on their lot. 4 of them with 6 foot beds.

My local dealer has 36 Frontiers (not all are CC - and I'm too lazy to lazy to count just the CC's) on the lot at this moment and one of them is a CC Long Bed. They always seem to have one or two on hand.

Of course we now have to know - is yours the even rarer CC Long Bed with the 6 speed manual?

Nice truck-I would also go for the SL model for all the add on goodies (I have the 05 KC LE) definitely need that long bed if you have to haul anything

ahh no, my 240sx is in there…

But maybe one day i will try and see if it fits… lol
