Are my eyes off or does the silver interior not match?

I've been noticing more and more that there are two different shades of silver inside my 2012 SV. The door handle, steering wheel and shifter trim is a dark silver, almost gunmetal-ish, while the center stack is more of a bright silver. I've read that Nissan has changed the color to match but mine doesn't.

I'm wanting to add the Pathfinder window plates but it seems like that's a different shade as well. Anyone else notice this?

Unfortunately I have no silver on my trucks center stack. I've seen the pathfinder window plates added in pictures on this site and the colors seem to match fine to me. But more than likely those were not 2012's. Sorry!

Not to hijack, but I cannot believe how much silver is worn away from the left pad on my steering wheel. Yet another reason for you single fellas to not get married - wedding ring is to blame.

Don't looks so close or you'll make yourself nuts. The Pathfinder switch trim looks nice even being off a tiny bit.
My Challenger had a sticker price of $53,000 and even then there are little things if you look hard enough could bother someone. Go drive it and enjoy yourself.

I am probably a bit too anal (heh heh /butthead) when it comes to my cars. I'm probably still going to do it but I'll probably look around for a center stack thats damaged and see if I can color match it.

I added the Pathfinder switch plates to my 2011 PRO4X and they match fairly well... Like Clint said, just don't look too close... I like the silver plates because when the lighting is dark I can still see where all the switches are on the arm rest... They do reflect some mid day sun inside that can be a pain, but they're a nice upscale simple mod...
