Does anyone know what models if any came with the flaps in the front of the rear wheel wells? I thought the Pro-4x came with them but the dealer has no idea. Maybe I'm just crazy. Seems like it would be a good idea to have something there to keep all the rocks/gravel from chipping the paint like they did on my last Frontier.
Is there anyone that makes a wheel well liner for these trucks?
Wheel well liners should be avail from the dealer, as well as the mud flaps. All 4x4s are equipped with front and rear flaps from the factory though I'm not aware of any US spec models that came with the flaps in FRONT of the rear wheels. That was something that was added in '13 as a fuel saving measure that may or may not have actually worked. Don't ever recall seeing them on a production model state side even though the '13s and '14s have the bolt bosses for mounting them
If your dealer can't find them then find another parts dept.
Scrap yards could also be a good place to find them.
The little air deflectors in front of the rear wheels are part # 93883-9BA0A and 93882-9BA0A. Note that they do not come with screws. I'm not sure which models come with them - I bought some for my truck as it has the mounts for them.
I haven't seen any rear wheel-well liners anywhere.
I just noticed that the silver truck pictured here has the small air deflectors - maybe they come standard on king cab models?
They were standard on the king cab in 13. Just know the mounts are stupid and break easily as they are way inside the fender and there are no screws holding it to the lip of the fender. Mine was broken within the first 500 miles and then it starts to round into the wheel well. I really do not feel it affected mileage in any way, but since it was still breaking in I can't really say as I get 3 mpg more now than I did then.
Don't have them on the 2014 Pro 4X King cab. But then again it's a Canadian vehicle, so like our dollar it may be just have a little less than the US model.
The front wheels already have OEM plastic wheel well liners, not in the back though. Wish someone made them aftermarket. Would prevent a lot of debris from packing into the rear fenders and causing rust.
