well obviously the desginations have changed... Te SE is no longer the Sport Edition as Nismo has replaced that.
My HB was an XE, there was a base edition without any designation if remember. I had chrome bumpers and chrome power mirrors, but that was probably part of the Value Truck Package.
My Wife's 93 sentra as an E edition. Yes it came with nothing not even that extra letter on the trunk (no radio, but at least it had a/c)
maybe XE was extra edition, that had very minimal extras, like radios and floor mats and passanger side mirrors.
