get them from WheelAdapter.com - Wheel Spacers, Wheel Adapters, Used Wheels
be sure to ask for hub centric AND wheel centric adapters (your rim will sit snugly on the center lip, helps take pressure off the lugs).

That is one of the best looking set-ups I've seen. Nothing about it is too overdone. Nice work!
And, I suppose, when you live off a dirt road and your driveway doesn't quite reach said dirt raod, it helps to have this set-up!
