Click when clutch is fully pressed

There is a button that my clutch presses when fully engaged. When it is pressed or released it makes a loud clicking noise. Does anyone elses do this? I didn't think I noticed it till a day or so after I got it. Here is a pic of the switch.

the clicking is probably a relay...

the switch is your starter kill, in other words it wont start until you fully depress the clutch...

and No I dont notice any sound from mine.

Yes, it is very annoying. I have not had time to take mine into the dealer yet. I drove a loner SE 6 speed while they where getting my truck. It did not have the clicking noise.

Or u could just run make a clip that plugs into the switch and not have to depress your clutch all the way. Thats what I did so I could start it without the clutch being pushed in. Its a little dangarous but I don't let anybody drive my truck so I don't have to worry to much. The switch is an open circuit switch so when you have the clutch pushed in the makes a closed loop, so... u get the idea!!

Very few cars have the clutch switch in Australia. Won't necessarily kill the driver, just the poor child between you and the wall in front!
I am used to driving the auto now, so when I get in our manual truck I just turn the key. Low and behold it lurches forward!!!! It is a dangerous thing I agree!

I also have the same clicking noise. It was irritating at first but not as much now.
The small annoyances I have found with my Frontier are largely being
overshadowed by all the things I like about the truck. So most of these small annoyances are nothing compared to what I had to deal with when I had my '95 GM Sonoma 4x4. The Sonoma was crude compared to my Frontier.

The only time I ever push my clutch in that far is to start the truck. That click lets me know I have it in far enough. When im driving, i dont push the clutch pedal in NEARLY that much, it doesnt need to be.
