Clear Bra Kit

Has any member ordered a clear bra kit and installed it themselves. Who did you order it from? What thickness? I have heard that 14 mil is better than 8 mil. Was it difficult to install? Cost vs. professional???

If you buy these kits you really really want to do it to the truck ASAP from dealer because if you do it too late you'll be trapping stuff under it and that's not good... and never get a leather bra, those things suffocate your paint and moisture + leather + stick to car = nasty.

If you do plan on doing this these are very very helpful and you won't regret it, but make sure to get these done professionally because this is not a thing you want to wing.

alright, we get those hot asians walking around to start wearing those, and nothing else.

you know, i dont think a clear bra would work for me, ive got all these chips in the paint as it is from all these friggin gravel trucks (why gravel, i dont know, it took them 4 years to build a worthless 200 yd road and a traffic light that only p*sses people off)...

what u guys think?

I have a truck. It gets me from A to B. Why I spend so much money changing it, I will never know. Is there a cure for this disease? I have no idea what I would be using all my money for if there was a cure.

haha I'm assuming from your post count that you've been here a while and it's probably too late for a clear bra to do much for you.

The solution for those of you who already have chips and knicks in your paint that didn't get the clear bra in time, go to Nissan for an exact color match.... TOUCH UP PAINT!
