Class action lawsuit

I just got off the phone with a lawyer who is putting together a class action lawsuit against Nissan regarding the radiator/transmission issue. He is ready to go, so you have limited time to get aboard. If you haven't sent him your information yet and would like to, his email address follows:

He is also looking into either adding to the current or starting a new class action lawsuit regarding the timing chain issue. So, if you have dealt with either issue you may want to contact him as soon as you can.

I'm on board. That's the only way I'll ever get anything from Nissan. They walked away from me the second my warranty ran out.

Seems like a lot of peoples current Frontiers are expensive enough with their own timing chain, cross-contamination, gas tank sensor, paint, and differential fixes as it is, so I wouldn't worry about that

Either way theres lots of talk on the interweb theres not likely gonna be another generation of frontier anyways, but who really knows... maybe you'll have to settle for a Turbodiesel Mahindra next!

Is he just looking for people who've had the problem/s outside the warranty period?
