I had a Titan LE crew cab for three years and it was an amazing truck.
Now having said that, it was a gas hog and at $4 a gallon gas will be $100 per tank to go the same miles or less than we do on a 7 gallon smaller tank.
I saw the writing on the wall and bailed when I did in December 07. It was fun while it lasted and have no regrets in downsizing since the second generation Frontier is larger than my two (2000 & 2002) first generation models.

Yeah, thats a drag ......I jack knifed a cabover white freightliner pulling a 10 ton Cat Forklift behind the 26' flatbed trailer, when my trailers airtank sprung a leak ( no air pressure, brakes lock ) and the R80 Cat Forklift weighed more than the truck and trailer ( empty, thank god ) put together, it blew the air plug, brakes locked up and the forklift pushed me down the hill, next thing I knew I was riding over the painted lines of the median, and 8 cars where coming up the hill from the other direction... I had 2 choices : run over top of them, or whip the wheel ! so I whipped the wheel, jack knifed the rig to avoid hitting the cars... needless to say I had to check my shorts on that one... Unhooked the forklift from the trailer and lifted and pushed the tractor and trailer to the side of the street ( Sunset blvd towards PCH in Santa Monica, Ca. ). Went to "Gladstones for fish", after waiting 5 hours for LAPD to show up and drank pitchers of Kamikazies !!! Took a cab home...
