Aint that 'bout a bitc...

Story...

So I'm driving to work this morning, when I get to thinking. Gas prices are pretty high... most bigger (nicer) trucks will probably be a lot cheaper than normal (you'd think, right?). Anyhow, the though of taking in the Fronty and trading up for a Titan came to mind. Then and there an 'exclamation point' light came up on my dash. I was like, "hmmm... only time I've seen that in the past is when the air pressure in my tire was low". Soon enough I start hearing this loud smacking type sound coming from my truck's a**. I pull over. Get out. And walk around the back. I then began what became a good 2 minute cussing episode.

I had a flat!!!

...SOB.

Your truck is trying to tell you something.

Worse part was my attire at the time. I was in my work slacks and a long sleeve button-up.

First off you will still get a flat in a $200K Ferrari so don't get PO'd at your Fronty for saving your butt. Any way I was in your shoes two weeks ago, I loved the Titan, even more than the Frontier lots more space, intoxicating V8 exhaust note when you romp on it. Big commanding view and road presence , loved the Crew Cab with 7ft box, even had them talked down $10K off the MSRP which put the Titan in the same ball park as the Frontier I got last week. The difference for me was the Titan was going to cost me $300 more over six months with my insurer on top of easily $100-$150+ more in gasoline, I really got to thinking the Frontier was just the right size for me after all and coming from a 2.7L '07 Tacoma this '08 Frontier is a little thirstier at the pump than I thought it would be as it is. As someone once said "Gas is not getting any cheaper from here on out"

bad thoughts

But with the titan you can get a tuner, mod your truck for even more power and get better mileage than a modded Frontier because we don't have a tuner

There's a local dealer in Alabama that is giving you a 08 Altima with the purchase of a 08 Titan. I still don't need a full size truck though. Flats happen.
