For 2nd gen. 6spd. manuals....

So exedy makes a complete clutch kit as well for the 6spd. tranny's.....once again, not a performance part but better than stock......p/n is nsx1006

Thanks good to know.

There's also one with number NSK1005 that says it's for our trucks but the disk is 3/4" smaller. What difference would that make?

Edit: N/m, 5 speed vs 6 speed I guess. I forgot about the 5 speed.

What's wrong with the stock clutch?

Some people on here are of the opinion that the stock clutch is weak.

I only have about 15,000 on my truck so can't comment on longevity just yet.

I would like to believe that people have either abused them or really don't know how to drive a manual properly rather than my clutch is going to die with very little mileage on it.

and sometimes, you just need a better clutch than stock....i have about 50k on the stock clutch and i do alot of wheelin'....the last thing i need failin' on me is the clutch when i' tryin to climb a hill side....
