2008 Nissan Frontier (4 Months Old)
Hello guys, I bought a Nissan Frontier nearly 4 months ago and I've been noticing a problem with the door. The door on the right side of the rear creates a high pitch noise when the door closes. I'm not good with doors, so please give me some answers. I appreciate it!

All the other doors sound like deep clutches. This "special" door is like a very high pitch noise, but thanks for helping. I'll be contacting my dealer tomorrow or my next service date.

Is it the hinge or the latch? A dab of white lithium grease on the latch works wonders on a screech as the latch rubs while driving.
There is also a possibilty that the door or striker is misaligned.

Our doors have plastic covered guides, which I greased anyway because I noticed they didn't have any on them from the factory.
