Edit: I just found TSB # NTB08-063 (Right Front Seat Vibration @ Highway Speeds) which covers '07 and '08 model Frontiers. Not much info about it on line but at least you will have the # to show your dealer.

Thanks for the TSB. The dealer in fact did NOT fix the seat for me when I took it in, stating that the other TSB did not apply. They did re-check the bolts since they did a seat swap. My passenger seat, mainly the backrest, moves side to side and squeaks, rattles, etc depending on the terrain. Mine usually does it at speeds from 10 mph - 50. Not much over that.

My seat doesen't shake too much but I have this DAMN ticking sound under my passenger seat that is driving me crazy at all speeds and I can't seem to figure out what it is.
