08 Nismo - Passenger Seat shaking/rattle

New 08 CC Frontier, and I am getting some kind of rattle from the passenger seat, which visibly shakes when I hit any concrete that is uneven. Obviously, I don't hear it when there is someone in the seat. It is not the seatbelt hitting the pillar.

Is this just due to the stiff suspension on the Nismos? Should I take it back to the dealer and say fix it?

Thanks for any ideas, I know these rattles are hard to pinpoint.

Take it back and have them fix it. I have the same issue in my 07 CC and I have to bring it in for the same thing and possibly some others.

There is a technical service bulletin about this problem. The dealer will fix it. I had the same problem. Its annoying as hell.

Thans! You are correct, it is annoying! Don't happen to know where I can find the TSB# for that, do you?

I have a 08 CC SE and it does the same thing. It is driving me nuts to hear the seat squeak as I drive over any kind of bump. I was thinking of taking it to the dealer myself.

I found this in an older thread, doesn't look to apply to 07s or 08s. Anyway, I took it back to the dealer at lunch just now, showed the service guy the bulletin, and he gave me a rental car and absolutely no grief. I guess one of the things in my favor is that when they got me the truck it had the blue seats and they switched them out for grey ones from one of their other trucks.
