I Had 7089's on my 2010 PRO-4X with the Ready lift and Adj. Bills set to 1.5", still rubbed a lot on turns with 265/75R16 (32") BFG T/A KO's.. The rubbing was only when I was over half lock, but I could not go over any bump at all with the wheel turned.
Remember, the PCs have an odd backspacing/offset which pushes the tire out. This in turn causes it to rub on the frame or fenders during turns since you are now 'sweeping' different thru the wheel opening.
^ yep ^ I had figured that the ready lift + adj. bills would be enough, but no. And now I have them with CST spindles which add another inch, and 285/75R16's and they rub about the same. I'm thinking of going back to my PRO-4X wheels and plasti dipping them (I would feel like I'm committing a crime if I were to paint them)
If my stock truck tire is a 31" tire and it easily clears with no lift, then why wouldn't a 32" tire easily clear with a 2.5F/1.5R ReadyLift? That's only a 1/2" increase all the way around the tire.

It all depends on how the tire truly measures up. Some 285s and more like a 34 while others are like a 32. Then the rim, that can pull it in or push it out. You can rub the frame ( pushed in) or the fender (pushed out) depending on the rim.

I am pretty sure you could put a 32" tire (265/75R16) on a mildly lifted, if not stock, truck as long as you use stock wheels.

I think they will clear ok, with aftermarket wheels, if I get the backspacing and offset just right. I'm still debating on whether I should get chrome or black wheels.
idk if this helps or not but i am running 265/70r17 on stock wheels my stock 2wd truck which should be around 32". no rubbing issues whatsoever. my advice would be to look around plenty of members have posted their wheel setups so you can get an idea of how wheels look and sit on our trucks. view the wheels that fit thread, look for a wheel you like then search for that wheel on this forum. hope that helps
You will probably be able to get a 32" without lifting, depending on the offset on the wheel. I was able fit 285/60 18's (just under 32") on KMC Addicts without a lift, but the truck looked lower because the tire was pushed out under the wheel well instead of inside it. I decided to lift the truck after seeing the new tire/wheel combo. After lifting 2" in front I had to trim the mudflap.
