Hub centric rings

I need them, 66.1 ID 71.5 OD for the new wheels I got for my fronty.. Anyone know where I can get them with those dimensions? I've been searching eBay, and did google search and haven't had much luck. Anyone care to help?

I was pulled, kicking and screaming from a Ridgeline...
And now, after the intervention, I feel much better!
