looks good.. though i'm guessing that these will not fit and still allow the full use of the factory mud flaps?

Nope. Unless you get some serious lift, I think any significant upgrade in tire size would destroy them. Plus if you off road in rocky areas they will be gone in a day.

I fit 33 procomp extreme mt's on with no lift but then I realized I may need to turn at some point lol. With a ton of trimming I fit them with a 3" prg mini lift but I didn't have to trim anything with the calmini 5" lift but the front mud flaps and lower valance were removed for both lifts

So to update this thread with a day of wheeling, they are great never had a traction issue all day. Rocks, clay, dirt, leaf covered areas. All came out well. Highly recommend them.

Glad I saw this thread, i've been kicking around going upto 33's but i can't afford to go up to 33's and lift the truck at the same time. Seeing this thread i feel like i should definitely be able to get away with just getting a 1.5" spacer for the front when i get my 33's. Gonna go with 255/85R16 KM2's i'll post pics next week.

Ah, I'm in the same boat $$ wise. I'm liking the looks of things though.

Do remember that size is slightly taller and not as wide as a 285/75/16

Do you have a complete side pic of the truck? and a pic of where you did the trimming so i can see how much was done?

With the mud flaps off the exact amount of trimming needed will vary from little to none, depending on alignment (255/85r16 KM2 on OEM wheels).
