Welcome to the club! I reside in The Woodlands area and I just picked up my 08 CC Nismo a couple months ago (not 4 wheel drive or manual though). Funny thing is I traded in a 94 Sentra Se-R to get this. The Sentra was more fun to drive on the road, but the Frontier is practical. Good luck with your search.

I followed a truck almost just like yours through the woodlands today. I work in Magnolia.
