New guy on the block

As of about 9am tomorrow morning (6/23/08.), I will have purchased an '03 Nissan Frontier 4x4 CC SB S/C. I an very excited about it! The first thing I have planned is to get a K&N air filter and to put an exhaust on it. I want to get an exhaust that is going to have a nice deep sound to it. Something pretty loud but nothing to obnoxious where the cops are gonna have me pulled over every 5 minutes. What have you guys gotten that has the specs im lookin for? Thanks!

-Ronnie

Hello and welcome! Can't give you tips on exhaust because I'm all stock, but a K&N is a great place to start. Type in exhaust under the search feature and you'll find plenty of threads on the subject. I'm new here myself and I have an SC, also. From what I understand, you can pick up a lot of horses by switching to a smaller pulley on the supercharger.

Thank you all for the welcomes!! I am from SW Virginia right of I-81. Yea, i got the truck today and its great! I may just try getting a smaller pulley because it is not as powerful as I would have hoped it would be, but then again, it is not a V8.
