Talking New '05 NISMO owner!

WHOOHOO!!

Just snapped up an' 05 NISMO 4x2 Auto. Original owner, 48k miles. So far I LOVE this truck. Coming from a '98 4x2 3.0l Ford Ranger auto, this thing feels like a rocket!

It appears the owner took pretty good care of it, I have all the service records. It has the normal wear & tear for a 3 year old truck, few scratches in and out but no body or paint damage. It needs a good detailing since the owner wasn't as anal about keeping a vehicle spotless as I am. The PC7424 will get a good workout soon.

Maybe I'm biased but this is probably the best looking mid-size truck on the market and I love the utilitarian (but very comfortable) interior. The Tacos are prettier inside but the Fronty looks and feels like a TRUCK.

Only problem I found is the rear diff is leaking a little. Not enough to leave a stain in the driveway but just enough to notice. Still have some powertrain warranty so I'll get it to the dealer soon. Is this a common issue?

Anyway, I'm sure this will be one of my other, home away from homes.

Peace

I have the same truck, you should get a stillen rear diff cover, they look great and keep more diff oil capacity, and cooler temp.

welcome, although my truck doesn't leak rear diff, I have heard that it is fairly common, wouldn't hurt to look over the cover and make sure there isn't any damage to it, if not I'd say it's probably just fine.
