hello & Thanks

Hello & Thanks for having me.
the reason i joined is: i am about to buy a frontier (4door). i love em.
i found a 2007 frontier se loaded with only 70K miles. the guy is selling it CHEAP because the cruise control dosent work (only with the lights on?) , tailights wont come on and it wont kick into passing gear. i've been reading you site as research b4 buying and this sounds like it all might be related. i suspect some kind of control module or other related eletronics. what do you guys think?
