How do you purchase and make it in the GB? Is there a code, and also the verification of being a club member? How does all of that work, I'm guessing there has to be a way to keep track...

considering the xterra and pathfinder are essentially identical vehicles to the frontier, that's not an issue. Plenty of posts and videos showing these units installed in those vehicles and working fine. regardless the trucks have an obd port which is all that's needed for this to work.
