i'm really interested in atleast leveling this truck. i would like to know how it adversely effects the overall ride and handleing. i plan on putting an ARE cap on it. any input would be great ! prg has the rear kit is this necessary when leveling the front ?

PRG has a few differnt options and if your just leveling I would go with the 2in front spacer, It dose not really affect your ride because you not adding a block to the rear and your not changing the spring rate.

Welcome from another New Yorker. I just bought a silver one. Might have the wife pick it up tomorrow, or I'll go get it on the 14th when I get home from AK.
Later,
Walt

irongrave, do you think just the weight of the shell will be enough to level out the truck ?

radar, hello and congrats on the new ride.

if any one has an 05 -07 with an ARE z series shell i would love to see some pics. let me know if it levels it out and how it rides with it on.

probably not blitz, i've loaded down the rear with a lot of weight and it still sits with a rake, the rear springs are pretty stiff since they only have a few inches to travel...
