Facelift 1st gen here

Hello, my name is Tyler. I'm a moderator over at newtiburon.com whose 2003 black 6-speed Tiburon was wrecked about 3 months ago thanks to a teen in an accord who pulled out right in front of me coming from the other direction.

In my arduous search for a new vehicle I FINALLY came upon a nice truck for me, and my father to use when he needs (now retired). Last friday, I picked up a 2003 Fronty SE (details in signature). Got it from the second owner who hardly drove it and let it sit in his garage for a while. Here are some bits of information:

-58k miles
-Perfect condition (silver door trim where the windows switches are have wear and there are a couple nicks on one of the fender flares)
-UWS black chrome diamond plate toolbox
-Bazooka tube with Pioneers in the back
-Upgraded 6-spoke Nissan 16's
-"Frontier" rubber floor mats
-Had the bug deflector and Frontier seat covers but I took those off for now.

In the week that I've had it, I added the high tone FIAMM horn to be used with the OEM FIAMM horn to make a dual tone, as well as a new Everstart Maxx battery and a 350Z antenna.

I will be adding an Alpine H/U as well as Pioneer front components and an intake to start.

My truck is filthy right now due to the consistent florida summer rain, but I will have pics up after the next wash pronto!

I'm sure I will enjoy my stay here at CF.

The question is, can I fit anything larger than an 8" in the compartment behind the rear seatback? I have a JL 12" that would go great in there.

What 12s, I know a lot of guys are running 2 8s. But if you wait a few more months JL is comming out with their new shallow mount 12s and 13s that should fit back there. I've personally never liked the sound for the bass tubes. I think a12 W1, or W3 might fit back there.
