Thanks for all of your interest in this product. I will have a post here later today with pricing for the group buy.

Regarding the offroad capability of this sway bar, it really depends on what you are doing. In most moderate off-road applications the bar is a benefit. The only drawback to having a rear sway bar would be if you were rockcrawling as it does limit articulation. For most Frontier owners I don't see this being a problem.

As to its durability, I think it will hold up pretty well. The bar is made from heat treated 4140 chrome moly steel and the axle brackets are 1/4" steel held on with 1/2" U-bolts. The end links are the same parts that we sell to the US Border Patrol. We are part of their upfit program and our bars are installed on most of the new vehicles they receive. We have put a lot of rear sway bars on their vehicles for running in the desert and we have yet to see a broken sway bar or end link. The Border Patrol is as demanding an application as you can get and we do not have a durability issue. They retire about 1500 vehicles a year - 'retire' in their terms means not fit to drive as it is too damaged to repair . It is the only place where I have seen cabs literally torn apart from flexing. If our components can stand up to this abuse it should be ok for most Frontier owners.

bring it on Dave. Interested in seeing the pricing and seeing what it does for handling on the truck.

Oh yeah, I see the border patrol guys all the time down here. Brand New tahoe's (07s+) with 5 inch lifts, 35 inch tires, and beat to @#&$. So that is impressive

We do the front and rear bar on the Tahoes for the Border Patrol. We have hundreds of those out in the field. They swap the bars out as soon as they receive them.

Before considering, I would like to see a video of a frontier w/swaybar (from rear and inside cab) driving over a rough road with a lot of one-sided bumps. This will let us know if it makes the truck "waddle."

it doesn't change ride height blaz, only limits rear spring movement stiffening the ride and improving handling
