It has an internal snap ring. You will have to hammer it off.

ok so here is the c-clip on the inside of the cv , attatched to the axle

here is the diff side of the axle with the snap ring , that snap ring pops off then the axle with bearings comes out , wheel side doesnt have a snap ring like that

if it does have a snap ring i have to hit away from the cv , i think i need some kind of puller

The snap ring inside the outer joints, looks just like the snap ring that is on the inner joint that goes in the diff.

I think in the shop you put it in a axel in a vise and then the have an adapter that screws on and attaches to a slide hammer, and pops off after an hour of beating mine I gave up an paid a shop
$75 to do mine. the inner one has a reusable snap ring the outer has one that needs to be replaced every build.

I got a slide hammer you can borrow, it will need some jury rigging to attach it to the joint sub-assembly. Do you have a vise? The service manual says to replace the whole assembly after 5 or more unsuccessful attempts.
