Ahh, It makes sense that $7300 was for everything , because I searched dynatracks web site and found :
Available to the public immediately, the Pro Rock 60 costs $995.00. The guy who bought it , made it sound like just the axle was $7300. thats all ....it seemed like they were rippin' him off, thats all
