yes it is. and i must say...i really like your truck. you did a great job on it and you should be very proud of that rig.

anyway....i was running a 5" calmini pack in the rear with calmini shackles. i went spring over when i did the SAS and cut off the spring hangers on the frame. mine were beat and way too big. i then replaced with some new spring hangers from front range offroad which gave me more clearnace and made things much stronger.

added a crossmember above the frame (runs about 1/2 across right under the bed) to mount the 14" travel shocks. bilstein 5150s. i have, but have not installed yet, a trac bar and the rear shackles will be replaced with johnny joint shackle mounts and shackles to take the stress off the leaf pack when flexing. basically a orbit eye set-up for leaf springs.

i also plan to install a sway bar for on the road driving.

steering....well, it already had a high steer arm installed and i ended up buying a kit from ballistic fabrication to tie it all together. will run the stock box for now...but already thinking about hydro-assist.

few pictures from today. just felt like getting some good shots of the axles, brake work, stance, etc.

rear brake lines. look great and work great. thanks chris!
gas tank raised 3". ready for a new skid! shocks mounted up high on a custom crossmember. exhaust chopped off to make room for the shocks. GLO diff cover!!!!....pure beef!

new spring mounts on the frame. the old 2wd ones were too big, too thin, and almost ground off. these i like!
driveshaft is going to need about ~1.5" longer to be right. the 1" spacer works, but its not going to stay.

front is working well. going to have to cut/grind a notch into that gusset on the front knuckle to get the ubolt snug and straight. need to find some bell shackles for the rear of the front springs. don't trust the spacers offroad.

thats it....

its looking good!
does the rear flex enough to chew up the fenders? i got those 3" bulge flares i still need to put on.
what does it look like under the hood? did you have to cut much to fit the hoops in? or did you build towers?

yes, it'll flex well into the fenders. gotta get some bumpstops in the very near future.

nothing has changed under the hood. the shock hoops leave about 1/4" clearance under the wheel well.
