Exclamation HELP!! My truck is in pieces and I can't find the part i need!

Sorry that my first post is one needing help but i'm really stuck!

I have a 2007 Double Cab, 4wd longbed with the V6 4.0L Auto. SE spec imported to Bolivia from USA.

It developed a noise in the drivetrain on my last trip which turned out to be a worn bearing on the driveshaft where it enters the rear differential. I've disassembled the driveshaft and removed the part in question but cannot find a replacement anywhere here in Bolivia.
I've been searching on the net, including places like Courtesy Parts, but can't find it anywhere. Even the illustrations they supply with part numbers etc don't seem to show this part!

As i said, the part in question is a bearing that attaches to the tail end of the driveshaft where it enters the rear diff. I believe it is a sealed unit from factory with no grease nipples or anything to ease maintenance and understandably the previous owner never took it apart to maintain.

I've attached a number of photos in the hope you may be able to help me work out what this part is called. If you can tell me what it is called, a part number and even where i might find a replacement i'd very much appreciate it.

thanks in advance

it looks like the dealer replaces the whole drive shaft as a unit. Kinda pricey too! Not sure if it will come apart to replace the cv by itself, if you can find one. That stinks!

It is unserviceable. Replace the drive shaft as a single unit. I would use courtesyparts or salvage to get a stock shaft...or just get a shaft custom made with u-joints throughout.

clean it up real good and see if is galled, if not find the leak seal it and repack it. If you fart around with it you may even be able take it all the way apart. I mean what the heck, what are you going to do break it.
