I run 275/55/20s on mine with a 2" PRG Minilift. Only rub I have is at full lock because my tires are like 11" wide. They are Terra Grapplers they measure 31.8" T x 11.1" wide. They look good though. You could go taller (like a 33 I believe) if they were not so wide.

That is what was recommended to me for tire/rim combo. I am planning on going 275/55R20 though.

I run 275-55-20's with no lift. I had to trim the front mud flaps slightly to eliminate rub. It was very minor trimming, maybe a 1x1 inch notch out of the inside corner.

It all will depend on the tread style and how far that edge of the tire sticks out. My tires are fairly rounded.

I would wager that 285-50's will probably be ok if you remove your flaps or trim them up.

The 285/50-20 Tire size should fit great. Dending on the offset you might have to trim a little to clear full lock but it would be minor.
