I changed my pads and had the rotors turned yesterday at 108,000 miles. The front pads had 30% material left, the rears had 50% left. The rotors weren't warped, but had them cut anyway.

Thumbs up

Whether anyone believes me or not, I currently have 160,000 miles on my original pads. I have them checked once a year at the dealer and have been given the clean bill of health. Both front and rear were checked at 150,000 and have around 40% left. I will be changing them at 200,000 miles.

My front pads still had some life at 85,000 but I warped my rotors so I went ahead and changed them. I still have the original rears and I am at 110,000.

Had to replace the fronts on my '06 at about 100K, simply due to noise though, there was still plenty of pad life left. I did daily towing of just under 6000 pounds with it too.

1998 Frontier reg. cab, 4 cylinder, 5-speed, purchased at 100K with zero history on it.

I have replaced its front pads once, at 153K. So I have no idea if the pads had 10 miles or 20K on them when I purchased it, now at 180K.

About to do mine on Saturday at 110,000 miles.
Just the front.....since brand new, stock pads.
Rear are fine for a while, as 70% stopping power is up front

Wow....It seems I do drive like a maniac....LOL
Mine went metal to rotor at 26k miles on the front. New rotors and pads. Front pads again at 65k miles. Rear pads at 70k. Fronts pads and slotted rotors went on the front at 115k miles. I have the slotted rotors for the rears in a box, and will put them on soon. I wanted to let the current rear pads wear down....133k miles and going strong.
I do drive it very "enthusiastically"....liberal amounts of both pedals, that is....

05 nismo 4x4 radiant silver CC v6.... I even got the invisible bra!
Drive it like I stole it, but changed the oil first

Life is tough....... it's even tougher if you're stupid.
