You have the best answer so far! I have a SB and it suits my needs and has a slightly better turning radius. If I hauled a lot of stuff I'd go with the LB. Both are great and both look great. Oh, and i'm a home owner not a contractor. If I did plumbing or AC repair or carpenter work, I'd definitely have a LB...it's about what suits your needs. BOTH ARE FANTASTIC!

Yeah they're great trucks either way. Maybe if I wheeled it I would get a short bed. But knowbody, w/ a long bed, on this thread regretted gettin theirs. But there were a few, w/ short beds, who wished they could've got a long bed instead.

My next one will be a CC LWB next year. It'll have a PRG 3" lift on it and my wheels and tires that are on my KC right now. I can't see myself giving up a 6' bed. Anything that I haul ends up taking up the be or sticking out of it, don't want to sacrafice hauling a 10' board or something along those lines. Plus I plan to get a quad sometime when I decide to pull the trigger and go get it and the one I'm gonna get sits barely on the tailgate of a LB so the SB is out of the question. I like both, short bed looks good unless you need to use the bed, I just don't want to regret not having the room in the bed. I plan to lift it right away too so that'll make it look better.

I wanted a LB but it didn't fit my garage without blocking a door or two. If my garage was mirror image, it would have been OK. I also originally thought the SB was too stubby looking, but I guess I got used to it over the years.

My dad has an 01 CC/SB and FYI my Kawasaki 360 4X4, which recently replaced the 400 but its the same size frame and body, fits in his truck just fine with the tailgate down. Its about 2 inches too long to close the tailgate on my 07 CC/LB. My buddy's polaris 500 sportsman, which is about 2" wider and a few inches longer also fits fine in my truck, but not in my dads.

I had the choice and went LB. The SB is way to small for me and with the bed extender I can hang 12ft lengths out the back with no problems. I don't use my tryuck alot but it's nice to know that I have the room I need when I need it. Turning raduis don't bug me much as I realize it won't turn as well as my civic.

Neither...I want a truck for the bed, not the cab so if I had to choose between only those two it would be a LWB. Of course if I wanted a truck that BIG, I'd get a full-size. Fortunately I can still choose a King Cab!
