Here is my new kitchen coming together. All the cabinet boxes are built(with maple plywood...particle board just doesn't cut it)
You can see the ones on the left are stained and the ones on the right, as well as the rough drawer boxes on the floor; are unstained.



After I finish staining, I will coat the exposed gables in Varathane diamond wood finish to really make them pop.

Well actually the fronts are on hold until we get in. Im not sure if I will make them, or just order unfinished fronts online and finish them myself. Either way, all that solid maple will not be cheap. I have 13 fairly large drawer fronts, and some pretty big upper cabinets as well. Some of my upper cabinets go right up to the ceiling.

San Rafael Swell, Utah

Th some shots I took last year on an atv trip through the san rafael swell in south eastern utah. Absolutely gorgeous country

Thanks, it was almost too easy though. The eagles at the dump are very numerous...probably nearing 100. I think I might go for a hike this afternooon and see if I can find some more.
